Senior Legal Counsel Insurance & Teamlead Complaint Management

You advise our teams in insurance, competition, sales and digital law – practical, solution-oriented and always with a view to customer protection and transparent processes In addition, you lead a small team, our complaint management, and develop it further – focusing on quality, customer orientation and reliable decision-making processes You shape and negotiate contracts with internal and external partners – legally secure, structured and economically sound You actively participate in the further development of our insurance products and conditions You test marketing and communication measures for legal admissibility and seriousness – for a trusted market presence You keep contract management, guidelines, terms and conditions clearly structured and comprehensible You evaluate legal risks in projects and guide clear, well-communicable recommendations You accompany digital topics and interdisciplinary projects with legal expertise You continuously develop our legal processes – for efficient, customer-oriented and legally secure processes throughout the company

Successfully completed legal studies Relevant professional experience or strong knowledge in insurance contract, distribution and competition law desirable High problem-solving competence, a secure judgment and the ability to develop pragmatic and business-oriented solutions and to accompany new business models with legal advice willingness to design, pronounced communication skills and argumentation strength Analytical and conceptual skills as well as independent and structured work Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing (English min. B2)
