The district jugendring Oberbayern is part of the corporation of public law BJR the association of youth associations at district level as well as the youth rings at district and city level. We are the division of the Bavarian Youth Ring. The aim of our commitment is to meet the needs of young people through youth work and youth policy. Use people. We are a specialist for youth work and youth culture in the Oberbayern district.

We are looking for a deputy management with a focus on budgetary responsibility for our Munich-Maxvorstadt office.

Your main tasks:

Responsibility for the budget of the district youth ring (planning, management, control, conclusion)

Responsibility for the subsidisation of the District Jugendring (applications, cooperation with the Voluntary Finance Committee, consultation of applicants, further development of funding guidelines)

Support and advice of the Voluntary Board of Management primarily in budgetary matters

Advice and support of the city and district youth rings in Upper Bavaria, in particular in the area of household and grant

Organisation and implementation of individual specialist events and projects

Support and representation of the Managing Director

Possibility to shape your own focus of the district youth ring

Your qualifications:

A completed study of social work or a comparable qualification combined with relevant experience/qualifications in the field of business (e.g. social business operator) or a completed study of the business economy or a comparable qualification associated with relevant experience/qualifications in the field of education

Experience in cooperation with volunteers and structures

Knowledge and experience in household and accounting (the district youth ring works with the accounting software CipKom)

A high level of social competence, in particular the ability and willingness to cooperate and communicate as well as negotiation skills

Knowledge and experience in coordinating third-party funding

Safe handling of MS Office

Self-employed working and high organisational skills
