You take over the representation of nursing services in the absence and support the organization of everyday care A focus Your activity is to ensure and further develop the quality of care as well as the implementation of transferred management tasks With an exemption of about 30%, you work on quality assurance tasks and actively participate in internal processes. You have completed training as a nurse (m/w/d) Ideally, you have already completed a PDL further education or are on your way there Experience in stationary care as well as a good understanding of nursing processes and quality standards A sense of responsibility and joy in coordinated management tasks make you a reliable support of the nursing service The willingness to shiftwork, weekend and public holidays, of course, will bring you A structured way of working, communication strength and a value-adding approach to residents: inside and outside your profile
