Define manufacturing processes: You design and define the manufacturing processes (Build Processes) for the Manufacturing Engineering department in the field of Basic Electric A320 FAL. Co-Design & Co-Indus control: You work closely with the development (collaborative design to manufacturing) to ensure that manufacturing-specific requirements are already taken into account in early design phases. Calculate working hours: you calculate and optimize the processing and throughput times precisely at the operating level. Technical sequencing is responsible: you structurally control and plan the technical sequence of the production steps for a smooth process. Specify the means of operation: you define the specific requirements for tools, devices (Jigs & Tools) and machines for innovations or adjustments. You drive the first test on site and ensure production readiness for the handover via continuous feedback loops with production.

Education / Studies: Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or a further training to the state-tested technician / specialist with appropriate orientation. Professional experience: At least 2 years of well-founded experience in manufacturing engineering. At least 1 year experience in aircraft construction and in interface management. Good knowledge of process management; Knowledge of data analysis is advantageous. IT knowledge: deeper application knowledge in SAP and Catia V5. Advanced knowledge in Java, Python and SQL. Secure handling of Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets). language skills: knowledge of German and English in word and writing; French knowledge is advantageous. Personality: Quick conception for technical relationships, independent and structured mode of operation and pronounced communication strength across all hierarchical levels.
