What you do with us:

You act as part of Category Management between Category Management, Regional Sales Coordinators, Sales and, in some cases, other functions such as shop building, controlling etc. In this context, you will ensure the regulated information flow and take a feedback function.

You develop and manage the planning of marketing concepts/activities and monitor their implementation to ensure sales performance.

You're talking about a supra-regional exchange, from best practices to test evaluations.

You are contact for O&G and flower concepts at the POS.

Together with the CM and the regional VKO, you develop focuses of POS activities.

You carry out regular market and competition analyses and develop concepts from customer and competitive perspective.

You transfer the relevant knowledge of goods and marketing standards to sales. Please note the food regulations and legal regulations.

You participate in sales coordinator meetings and CM meetings.

What convinces us:

Your successfully completed commercial vocational training, ideally a merchant in retail. A conclusion to the trade expert is desirable.

Your at least 5 years of professional experience in sales or shopping.

Your extensive knowledge of HACCP as well as your knowledge of the fruit and vegetables, convenience and flowers.

Your independent and structured way of working as well as your strong communication strength.

Your routined handling of current MS Office programs and Data Warehouse.

Your readiness to travel within the region as well as a class B licence.
