Head of High Voltage Region West (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the construction and operation of high-voltage systems, substations and secondary systems in the West region of the E.DIS network area. You are responsible for the handling of the HS construction projects in our regions as well as the safe operation and the safe state of our electrical systems in the HS network. You develop the High Voltage Region West department strategically and actively participate in the development and implementation of the corporate and corporate strategy. For cross-linking, you actively participate in a leading role of E.DIS Netz GmbH in the further development of the HS networks and are Sparringspartner for management. You have completed engineering studies or a comparable degree. You have management or Leadership experiences in the network business, ideally in the field of electricity, combined with high sensitivity for the topic of work safety and an affinity for standardization, digitization and automation. You have experiences in responsible monitoring of change processes. In addition, you are characterized by a high level of responsibility, entrepreneurial action, desire for design and fun in new, innovative topics. You are convinced by consistent decision-making and argumentative persuasiveness and advocate for a continuous improvement process in your area of responsibility.
