Our 18 to 24 months program is your entry into a profound understanding of the business of Uniper and the evolving energy industry. At Uniper you will learn, grow and work with experts from different areas. As part of an optional internship abroad, you can gain international experience. • During the 18 to 24-month trainee program, you will develop a deep understanding of the business of Uniper, its value drivers and the business environment.

• You will learn from experts from different areas at Uniper, network and work with them, bring your ideas and work on your own projects.

• You will contribute to the active trainee community, get many training and development opportunities and network with the trainee community.

• You will start in the first six months of your trainee program in the area of finance and then rotate flexibly according to your individual career development path and your interests within the organization - you will design your individual deployment plan and receive support from your own mentor.

• In your predefined Home Unit Finance, you will gain comprehensive experience in financial management, including, for example, FX and interest management, liquidity management, treasury operations, risk analysis, stakeholder relationship management, investment assessments, accounting, financial and business performance transparency, medium-term planning, commercial project management and digitization activities.

• We are looking for trainees in Finance, Business Controlling - Gas, LNG & Engineering, Group Finance - Treasury, Accounting and Risk Management. If you have a preferred team, please enter this in your application.

• Successfully completed studies of Business Administration, Mathematics, International Management, (Energy) Economy, preferably with a focus on finance.

• First practical experience through internships and/or student work activities, ideally including intercultural experiences.

• Motivation to learn and develop in an international environment, to show initiative and proactivity at work in different teams.

• Communication skills as well as the ambition and ability to network with different stakeholders, coupled with analytical skills.

• English skills are required, German is advantageous.
