They bring about As a designated expert in the credit business with well-founded expertise, manage the Credit Management standard business department. The central task of the department is the processing of new business applications and the processing of private and commercial borrowers in the non-risk credit business according to MaRisk. This includes the analysis and assessment of economic conditions and the creation of value determinations within the small loan limit. You have the technical and disciplinary leadership responsibility for approx. 10 employees who encourage you to optimally exploit their potential through a targeted and at the same time value-assured leadership. As a coach and moderator, you actively accompany and develop your employees to promote their professional and personal development.

This will bring you (m/w/d) with further, economic qualifications and Economics studies form the ideal basis for your new activity. They have extensive experience and good knowledge of the credit business, in particular the legal regulations in the credit sector. They have experience in process-oriented credit processing. They are safe in handling agree-BAP and have good computer skills (Word, Excel, Microsoft 365). They include entrepreneurial thinking and acting, pronounced analytical skills and persuasiveness among your strengths. They are described as highly communication and team capable. As a personality with leadership experience and integration ability, you are a model for your new team.
