We are looking for a Senior Integrated Connections Manager DACH, who designs with us how our Jacobs and L'OR brands interact with our consumers. In this powerful position, you translate brand and business goals into integrated communication strategies over paid, owned and earned touchpoints. You work with the disciplines Media, Digital, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Retail Media, PR and Experiential to create stronger consumer journeys and to increase the effectiveness of our marketing activations sustainably. In your role, you will be responsible for the following activities: Development and implementation of the DACH-Connections and Media Strategy for Jacobs and L'OR Translation of brand and business goals into integrated communication and activation plans Control of all Paid, Owned and Earned Touchpoints along the entire Consumer Journey Development of consistent communication architectures and cross-channel customer journeys Local adaptation of global campaigns for Germany, Austria and Switzerland Definition and analysis of KPIs for measuring marketing and campaign effectiveness Close cooperation with brand, sales, consumer insights, finance and agency teams Responsibility for agency management, budget planning and advertising investment Identification of new platforms, trends and best practices to further develop the communication strategy

For the role of Senior Integrated Connections Manager DACH (w|m|d), you should bring: Multiannual experience in integrated communication, media, digital marketing, brand communications or strategic planning Experience in the FMCG, food or beverage industry and ideally on the agency side Detectional successes in the development of integrated communication strategies for consumer goods brands Knowledge gained in consumer journey planning, touchpoint strategies and paid, Owned and Earned Media ecosystems Very good expertise in digital, social media, influencer marketing and retail media Experience in Marketing Effectiveness, KPI definition and campaign analysis Embossed stakeholder management, presentation and storytelling skills German and English knowledge, ideally supplemented by international or Multi-Market experience in the DACH environment
