Permanent representation of the Head of Technology and Construction and Direct Reporting to Selbigen Head of Departments of Supply Technology, Electrical Engineering and Construction Technical and disciplinary management of staff Further development of the technology and construction division, including the aim of short decision-making and flat hierarchies Ensuring operator obligations and maintenance requirements in compliance with statutory requirements and manufacturer specifications Development of technical solutions taking into account security of supply and economic and energy aspects Budget responsibility in the field of maintenance Responsible participation in budget and personnel planning, including in the field of replacement investments and strategic resource management Implementation and support of maintenance projects Support / professional participation in construction projects to ensure the operator interests Compliance and further development of quality management and all processes Participation in inventory and risk analyses of buildings and their technical equipment incl. Proposal for measures to generate optimization potentials

Insufficient, completed university studies with the degree Bachelor, Master or Diploma in the direction of hospital engineering, electrical engineering or utility technology or a comparable discipline Insufficient professional experience, preferably with corresponding multiannual hospital experience and high expertise in the maintenance of technical facilities knowledge of the relevant standards, regulations and directives and in the VOB Knowledge and experience in the application of public procurement services are desirable Extensive experience in managing employees with a pronounced quality and solution orientation Team and communication skills as well as safe and reputable appearance and confidentiality and loyalty
