Coordination of onsite support teams in Düsseldorf, Bonn, Lohmar and Neuss VIP support: Ensuring first-class support for executives and TOP management level Incident and Request Management: Control and Priority of Tickets with SLAs Process optimization: Implementation of best practices and continuous improvement of support processes Coordination of projects: support for rollouts and cross-site initiatives Stakeholder Management: Close cooperation with internal departments and external service providers

Multiannual experience in IT service and onsite support, ideally in a leadership or coordination role VIP Support Competence: Detectable experience in managing board members and senior stakeholders Technical know-how: Funded knowledge in ITL processes and service management standards Communication: Embossed ability to professional communication at all levels, especially C levels Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Ready to travel: low to medium (within Germany) Ready to call outside working hours and weekends / holidays
