Head of Quality Management / QHSE (m/f/d)

To further strengthen our quality area at the location in Gronau (Leine), we are looking for a Quality Management / QHSE (m/w/d) which strategically develops the integrated management system and shapes the quality culture in the company.

In this key position, you take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the quality area and actively shape the further development of our management systems: Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the QE team with focus on motivation, structure and achievement Ensuring and continuous development of the integrated management system (BIMS) with a focus on quality and the environment Responsibility for compliance and further development of standards DIN EN ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Planning, implementation and follow-up of internal audits and external audits (certification, customer, supplier and social audits) Further development of process management through initiation and control of improvement measures (KVP, Lean, Root-Cause analyses) Ensuring product and material quality along the entire value chain – from raw materials to the finished product Systematic processing and control of complaints and sustainable derivation of improvement measures Coordination of laboratory tests on product safety, including according to SpielwarenDirective and EN 71 Training and awareness of employees in the areas of quality, environment, occupational safety and sustainability Regular reporting to the management and derivation and implementation of concrete measures for continuous improvement Participation in group-wide sustainability and climate targets, for example for CO2 reduction Close cooperation with departments and international locations within the Group

Complete technical studies or a comparable qualification Additional quality in quality management, such as quality management officers or internal auditors:in Multiannual professional experience in quality management, ideally in a manufacturing company Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards Experience with environmental and sustainability certifications (e.g. FSC, PEFC, Blue Angel, EU Ecolabel) Structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented mode of operation Impressed communication strength and leadership skills Ready for occasional travel to other locations of the Group Very good knowledge of German and reliable knowledge of English
