Professional guidance and coordination of the lifting stand development for counterweight stackers incl. Resource planning and capacity control Further development of the modular lifting frame strategy across different product segments and planning of development projects in close coordination with specialist areas, stakeholders and suppliers Project management of new developments and series support for lifting stands and their components – including time, cost and quality responsibility Responsibility for standard design and design of hydraulic and mechanical components over the entire product life cycle Technical contact for selected components and components – from construction to serial start Implementation of advances and technology studies on the innovative development of the lifting frame portfolio

Complete university degree in mechanical engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the development of mechanical components or systems, ideally in the field of mobile working machines Funded knowledge of steel construction, welding constructions, mechanics/ kinematics, design, life calculation, machine elements, hydraulics, possibly Plastics Team player, communicative personality with high target orientation and enforcement strength Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Travel readiness for occasional missions
