The Katholische Klinikum Koblenz · Montabaur is a modernly equipped, non-profit association hospital of the main care and academic teaching hospital of the University Medicine Mainz. Partners of the company are the Merciful brothers Trier gGmbH and the nursing association of the sisters of Hl. Geist GmbH. At our three workshops Marienhof Koblenz, Koblenz brothers' house and Montabaur brothers' hospital, we have a total of 687 planned beds and 25 days' clinical places in 20 medical departments. Our outpatient specialist practices and therapy centers at all workshops complete the diverse medical offer. At our educational campus, we offer more than 550 trainees the opportunity to learn one of the countless health professionals. We are looking for a follow-up control for the station 2B (choice power station for the department endoprosthetics and arthroscopy) at the location of Bruderhaus Koblenz

REQUIREMENTS

• Ensuring patient-oriented and process-led care in cooperation with the nursing service
• Active development and promotion of a high quality of care
• Professional, human and organizational responsibility for the station
• Efficient and need-oriented personnel planning and control
• Design of services and assessment of service and holiday planning
• Implementation and guarantee of quality standards and documentation
• Patient and employee satisfaction are a natural goal for you

PROFIL

• You have completed training in health and nursing
• They bring several years of professional experience, preferably in the field with
• They convince by empathy, team orientation and very good communication skills
• They actively contribute to interprofessional teamwork independently and collegially
• They are open to actively shaping change processes and are interested in developing themselves and others
• You have the willingness to participate in the 3-shift system
