SO WORK WIR: In our specialized outpatient care facilities, the Asklepios wound centres, we provide patients with chronic and severely healing wounds according to modern, evidence-based treatment concepts. The aim of our work is a holistic and sustainable improvement of the quality of life of those affected. The care is interdisciplinary in a therapeutic team of specialized nursing staff as well as medical cooperation partners. Together we develop individual therapy plans that are adapted to the respective wound situation and the personal needs of patients. Holistic care of patients with chronic and severely healing wounds according to current guidelines Conducting wound pain, expert wound assessment and structured documentation of the course of treatment Advice, guidance and support of patients, patients and relatives in dealing with the wound situation Coordination of patient care within an interdisciplinary network of doctors, therapists and other Cooperation partners Close cooperation with cooperating physicians to ensure optimally coordinated therapy Active participation and further development of a specialized, modern wound care

Completed medical and nursing training, e.g. as a nursing specialist, nursing caregiver or health caregiver Ideally, qualification as a wound expert (m/w/d) or wound therapy (m/w/d), e.g. according to ICW or DGfW – alternative possibility for qualification in the wound center Interest in modern, evidence-based and guidance-oriented wound care with close patient contact Team-oriented, communicative personality with motivation to actively shape and develop specialized wound care
