Customer Support Technology & Services (m/f/d)

You are competent to answer questions about the application and installation of our software – by phone, email or in the ticket system When setting up the software, you support our customers and help with basic technical topics such as printers, connections or basic settings Typical standard problems – such as power supply, cables, paper, toners or software settings – are analysing and raising yourself before you pass on more complex issues to the technology You advise on modules, extensions, updates and online seminars Training documents, presentations as well as knowledge-based articles will be created and recommended for customers and internal teams You work closely with colleagues from support, development and sales, thus ensuring a smooth process

Joy in contact with people and the ability to convey technical topics clearly and understandably A good technical basic understanding as well as a safe handling of PC and standard software characterize you Ideally you bring first experience in customer support or in the IT environment Friendly, patient and solution-oriented working You work structured, independent and bring team spirit and engagement
