You take over the organization and coordination of the Head of Division to relieve them as much as possible. As a central contact person, you can reliably process internal and external questions. General administrative tasks for the Head of Division are carried out independently. You initiate process optimization within the supply chain to make processes more efficient. In office management, you provide efficient scheduling, travel organization and flexible prioritization of tasks. Talks and negotiations prepare carefully and accompany the preparation to support sound decisions. Presentations, statistics and logs can be created independently and provide information structured. Get information and prepare it in a targeted manner, so that decision bases are always up-to-date and accurate. Controlling the cost, personnel and investment budget of the cost centers will guide you to ensure efficient and transparent budget planning.
