Expert in Landscape Planning/Environmental Planning (m/f/d)

Combining a sustainable transport infrastructure that meets the mobility and demands of people, nature and the environment Conceptual planning and control of resources as well as organization and development of the department in landscape planning issues Quality assurance and technical advice of the operationally active external bodies in road and bridge construction projects with and without plan law procedures and in the award and presentation of technical contributions (e.g. environmental impact studies, Natura 2000 compatibility tests, species protection technical contributions) Development and updating of technical specifications and instructions for action for the external offices Processing of complex technical and technical questions including clarification of basic questions Representation of the branch in specialised bodies and working groups on road-related environmental issues and regulations Evaluation and preparation of current case law, changes in company guidelines and others Technical guidance and knowledge sharing within the department Implementation of overriding internal and external votes (e.g. specialist authorities), monitoring of plan determination procedures and, where appropriate, Administrative court proceedings

Scientific study of landscape planning, national care, environmental planning, nature conservation, landscape ecology or comparable planning-related expertise, qualifications and experience Long-standing practical experience in environmental and landscape planning related to infrastructure projects Funded and deepened expertise, expertise and methodologies in the context of project-related environmental and landscape planning, including plan law procedures In-depth knowledge of planning, road, environmental, nature and administrative law as well as relevant standards and regulations Basic knowledge of Immission Protection, Climate Protection and Water Protection and their integration into project-related landscape planning Handling Microsoft Office and GIS programs and openness to the application of new methods such as BIM/LIM Very good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as safe expressiveness and negotiation (min. C2)
