At Mercedes-Benz we accompany the transformation of a whole industry: digitization, sustainability, new technologies and a globally connected production system. If you want to make complex topics understandable, creative and multimedia – together with experts from all over the world – you are right here. This is what we expect: You will become part of our global communication team and help us to inform our colleagues around the world about key developments in production and supply chain. This means: Write and edit contributions, articles and news on topics such as production, digitalization, sustainability and transformation Conception and implementation of external and internal communication formats (online, print, video, social intranet) Participation in events, townhalls and dialogue formats Creation of Q&As, briefings and presentations Searching numbers, data and facts in internal and external sources Monitoring of communication trends and analysis of external and internal resonance The activity can begin from April 2026.

Studies in Communications, Media, Economics or Social Sciences, Journalism, Marketing or a comparable field Strong editorial skills and a sense of targeted content Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Digital mindset and safe handling of MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Word) Quick conception, lust for learning and independent working Communication talent with storytelling skills Creative, multimedia and like crossmedial Curious, open, hands-on and likes to bring your own ideas Team spirit, intercultural competency and takes place confidently Organizational talent and keeps track of many topics Additional information: We are looking forward to your online application with CV, lettering, certificates, current enrollment certificate with a specification of the semester, if necessary.
