Positioning our solutions (products and services) and brand as “standard” for decision-makers in the project business (e.g. public or private investors, developers, general contractors, architects and planners) Establishment, animation and maintenance of “decision-making networks” and “door open” for the launch of projects Project management at all stages, i.e. from development and specification, preparation and planning, including contract negotiation, to coordination of execution Targeted coordination of the activities of all project-relevant internal functions (including object technicians, internal services and sales) and external partners or Customers Initiating and placing measures for marketing and sales promotion in selected target groups Market and competition monitoring
