We are looking for a full-time (40 h/week) or part-time as a parent-time representative for the Information Technology Department Projektmanager (m/w/d) in the field of organisation/project management The processes of health care and thus also the KV Sachsen-Anhalt are undergoing a strong change due to increasing digitization. We want to actively shape this change and optimize existing processes and structures within the self-government and for our members. Come to our team and make these processes active with us!

I.) Digitization of self-government Implementation of the digitalization strategy in close cooperation with the specialist departments Active coordination and control of individual digitization projects, including planning, monitoring of project progress and ensuring target achievement Recording and coordinating requirements with all stakeholders and interfaces involved Active and structured communication with internal and external project participants Support in the analysis, optimization and documentation of business processes Creation of expertise reports and presentation of results II.) Digitization for our members Active coordination and control of digitalization projects for our members Conception, development and coordination of thematic formats in the 'Digital solutions' area for our members Tracking current developments in the health market in telematics infrastructure, practical management systems, telemedicine, artificial intelligence etc.

Successfully completed studies of business/administration informatics, public management, economics, organisational development, health sciences or a comparable discipline that has a content relation to digitization and/or project or process management First experiences in the coordination and control of projects Ideally knowledge of health and modern digital technologies Empathy, commitment and team readiness as well as sense of responsibility Conceptual thinking, clear results and solution orientation as well as a high degree of self-initiative Safe and friendly appearance as well as very good communicative skills, very good German knowledge (min. C1 level)
