Head of the Multi-Project Management Unit (m/f/d)

Head of the multi-project management team including disciplinary and professional leadership Control and determination of administrative procedures and ensuring the achievement of objectives Advising branch management and external offices in multi-project-related issues Creation and pursuit of the planning and construction program including strategic conservation planning Analysis and controlling of strategic multi-project-related key figures for different evaluations and reports Support for operational financial management as well as participation in federal-wide specialist coordination rounds and specialist boards

Complete scientific studies (Diplom/Master) Economic or Civil Engineering or Comparative Qualification Multiannual professional experience in project and program management of infrastructure projects Proven leadership experience in senior positions Knowledge in multi-project management including relevant standards Comprehensive deepened knowledge of budgetary, procurement, contract and building law That would be desirable: Impressed communication skills and analytical competence Experience in strategic planning and organisational development Experience with Federal Budget financing processes High integration and implementation capability SAP ERP and MS Office knowledge This distinguishes you as a manager: You think in complex relationships and have a pronounced willingness to design, combined with value-adding behavior and self-reflection.
