In this key position, you assume the coordinating responsibility for the central operating system, control interdisciplinary cooperation and ensure efficient, safe and high-quality processes. With direct connection to the managing director, you can expect a variety of design options – especially in the further development of the OP management and the co-design of a pioneering renovation and new building project. Operational, cross-disciplinary control and coordination of daily operating operations in the Central OP as well as representation of the OP manager*in absence

Priority of surgical interventions taking into account medical urgency and available resources

Ensuring an efficient and patient-oriented surgical procedure

Coordination of cooperation between surgery, anaesthesia and functional services

Moderation and solution of capitation management in OP operation and KPI analysis

Participation in the further development of OP processes and in organisational change processes and construction projects

Support in advanced specialist doctors for anaesthesia and intensive care

Complete specialist training

Multiannual clinical experience, ideally in an operational or anaesthesiological field

Understanding clinical and operational processes

Ability to combine different interests in a solution-oriented manner

Representative organisational, communication and decision-making

Interest in process optimization, resource management and efficient structures

Analytical thinking and economic understanding

Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
