KG Bayreuth Presence / Mobile First level Marketing, Communication, PR Full time As head of target group management, you are responsible for the strategic orientation and the operational management of a modern, performance-oriented marketing at medi Deutschland. In doing so, you combine targeted marketing, sound target audience insights and the further development of our business learning offerings into a holistic approach for our relevant customer groups. You develop targeted strategies for addressing relevant target groups, manage effective marketing measures and, together with the team, advance the further development of our learning strategy and our campus content. As a central interface between marketing, sales, learning and other areas of expertise, you contribute significantly to the sustainable positioning and development of our company and actively promote innovation. Strategy and Insights: You are responsible for developing a well-founded target group segmentation and building and using a systematic insight management to derive effective measures. Marketing and communication: You bear the overall responsibility for marketing in target group management including campaign management, budget responsibility and development of integrated omnichannel strategies. Team leadership: You build an interdisciplinary marketing and target group team, perform this and continuously develop it. Business Learning and Campus Development: In close coordination with the team, you develop the business learning areas, in particular the offers of our learning management system, and manage the strategic development of campus content. Stakeholder Management: You work closely and trustfully with sales, product management and management. Innovation and trends: You identify new technologies, tools and trends to optimize target audience responses and also use your AI expertise.

Complete bachelor and master studies in the field of economics, ideally with a focus on marketing or a comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience in a comparable role in dynamic, cross-functional teams Experience in marketing, ideally in healthcare target group management and B2B area Ideally experience or high affinity for digital learning formats or business learning High affinity for data-based marketing and CRM tools Ability to clear complex content and convince stakeholders Safe handling of MS Office German and English language skills in word and writing
