We are looking for employees (m/w/d) at the head office of the spinal center in Munich Secretariat activities: You coordinate appointments and take over the internal and external correspondence. Beds and surgery planning: You support the organizational planning and coordination in OP and Beds Management. Correspondence & post editing: You edit incoming and outgoing mail as well as emails reliably and structured. Interface: You act as a link between patients and the medical team.

You have a completed training as a medical specialist or medical specialist or have an equivalent qualification. You ideally bring professional experience in the clinic or healthcare sector and work independently, committed and proactively. You have pronounced communication skills, empathy and enjoy dealing with patients. You have good English skills and very good PC skills, especially in MS Office, ideally also in Orbis. You appreciate teamwork and will be happy to develop further professionally – regular hospitation days in other clinic areas support you.
