You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the team in operational purchasing as well as in material disposition You ensure the availability of materials taking into account stocks, delivery dates and production requirements You are responsible for the operational MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and ensure close coordination with purchasing, production and logistics You continuously analyze and optimize planning and procurement processes to ensure stable supply chains You monitor delivery bottlenecks, control bottleneck management and take an active escalation handling You develop relevant KPIs and drive forward the continuous improvement of planning quality You work closely with the Supply Chain Planner as well as adjacent departments You actively support MRP tasks and actively contribute to the daily business

You have a degree in economic engineering, business management, logistics or a comparable qualification You bring well-founded professional experience in material planning, disposition or supply chain management You were ideally able to gain first leadership experience in a comparable environment You have good knowledge of ERP systems (ideally SAP) as well as safe handling of MS Excel You are characterized by a pronounced analytical ability and a structured way of working You convince by communication strength and a solution-oriented approach You have good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You act proactively, responsibly and keep an overview even in dynamic situations
