Construction Manager Shopfitting - Team Leader / Interior Design (m/f/d)

You take over the operational management of our new building and reconstruction projects for play halls, coordinate all the works on site and act as a central contact person. You carry your craftsmanship team professionally, motivate colleagues and actively engage in repairs and repairs. You ensure compliance with all dates, quality standards and regulatory requirements and solve technical challenges pragmatically directly at the construction site. You carry out regular visits to quality assurance, document the progress of construction and report directly to the senior project management.

You have a completed craft training, e.g. as a carpenter, carpenter or carpenter (m/w/d), and bring a broad craftsmanship. Ideally, you could already gain first experience in the management of small teams or in the coordination of assembly teams. With your Hands-on mentality and your organizational talent, you can also keep track of several projects and work independently as well as solution-oriented on site. As a strong personality, it makes you happy to take part and act as a central contact person on site. You have a class B driving licence, bring the necessary travel and accommodation readiness with you and speak German fluently.
