Smart Grid and Flexibility Solutions Project Manager (m/f/d)

A task that challenges.

You are responsible for innovation topics related to the networking of flexibility solutions (e.g. e-mobility, heat pumps, electrolyzers, storage, industry, production facilities, controllable loads, co-location). You identify solutions, initiate and implement innovation and implementation projects and are an interface between projects and line organisation. You ensure the sustainable anchoring of solutions and knowledge transfer. In your area of responsibility, you organize workshops and are responsible for the preparation, implementation and sustainable documentation of the results. You keep your colleagues up to date and make sure your team is well connected and up-to-date. You are happy to work with other representatives: both from the energy industry on energy projects and represent corporate interests. You are ready to work with overarching competence teams within the E.ON Group and take special tasks that can be defined in time with particular relevance for the connection and flexibility solutions.
