​​​​ Advising training in the training field, we support and support our customers in the introduction of new IT systems; the design and implementation of training measures as well as training contents are the essential building blocks. In a varied and interdisciplinary environment we accompany Transformation and Digitization Projects of the Bundeswehr with innovative and modern training our contribution to their successes.

-Your tasks:-

· As a master trainer, you are part of the HFP LI12 project for the Onboarding external trainer resources, the quality assurance of Training on site at our customer Bundeswehr and remote competent · You are the central contact person in training questions (also customer) and ensure that all training content is consistent and in consistent quality · Development of methodology and content based on feedback · Creation of attractive training documents with the help of modern author tools · Creation of WBTs in Articulate 360 · Representation of other trainers in case of short-term failure · Ensuring that all trainings with the further development of the Software and the requirements of the company match · Rhetorical preparation and independent presentation of Training documents

-Your profile:

· Successfully completed studies with reference to education, Adult education or comparable training · At least 4 years of relevant professional experience and a profound Knowledge about IT service management at BWI · In-depth knowledge in ITIL / IT Service Management · Extensive experience in training · Ability to communicate complex content in a comprehensible manner and to to prepare addressees · Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation · High communication and social competence, safe occurrence, Display skill · Initiative, fast approach, organizational skills, creativity and enforcement · Germany-wide – readiness to travel
