Technical and organisational management of the financial accounting field with responsibility for nine booking groups as well as control and optimization of the workflows Ensuring proper accounting through monitoring of main, plant, debitor and creditor accounting including voting and control processes Responsibility for the booking and control of personnel costs including aid and special cases (e.g. loans, donations, funding) including demonstration Control and monitoring of payment transactions (debitors, creditors, loans) and disposition of payment appropriations Own-responsible planning, organisation and preparation of the monthly financial statements including delimitations until technical completion Coordination and preparation of the annual financial statements (incl. inventory processing, accounts and preparation for the Annual Report) Examination of the associated paying agencies and ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements

For activity you need one of the following qualifications as Bachelor or Diploma [FH] in the field of economics or (w/m/d) of the 3rd QE / Observatory Service, Department of Administration and Finance Manager (m/d)

with at least three years of relevant professional experience in financial accounting.
