Supporting our Group-wide Performance & Talent Management (further) Development of global concepts in talent management (e.g. performance management, skills management, succession planning and much more) Further development of existing processes and concepts taking into account international needs and circumstances Cooperation with People Partners, Business Leaders and Stakeholders to develop and coordinate talent management initiatives Collection and analysis of relevant KPIs in talent management to develop talent management processes and derivation of measures Creation of decision templates for the Senior Management and Executive Committee Trendscouting and benchmarking on performance and talent management

Meran relevant professional experience in talent management/learning & development in a management consultancy or a comparable dynamic company Secure appearance at all levels of business and the will to advance projects in an international context Hands-on mentality with innovative ideas and a result-oriented approach flowing English skills are indispensable, German knowledge desirable, further languages advantageous International readiness (1-2 days/month) Successfully completed studies in economics/psychology or a comparable qualification
