The BBR is a federal authority in the department of the Federal Ministry of Housing, Urban Development and Building (BMWSB). The main tasks are the implementation of construction measures by the Federal Government, in particular for the constitutional bodies and for the ministries in Berlin, Bonn and abroad as well as for the cultural structures of the Stiftung Preußischer Kulturbesitz in Berlin. The Internal Audit, Corruption Prevention staff is a modern instrument of administrative organisation and control with its preventive approach. Support for internal audit and corruption prevention staff management: Reporting and quality management including recording and modeling of the existing processes and operations of the IR staff as well as designing and implementing a compliance management system Legal assessments, opinions and drafting of opinions and notes on all legal issues/laws and administrative issues in the field of internal audit and corruption prevention Implementation of regular, plan and start-up checks in accordance with the audit order and internal audit regulations on legal and regularity, effectiveness, expediency and economic viability of the administrative trade independent audit of administrative operations Advising the organisational units to improve internal processes and the development of action catalogues with regard to audit findings

Expected: completed academic studies of law with competence for the career of the higher non-technical administration (2nd legal state examination) no previous temporary or permanent employment relationship with the Federal Republic of Germany (according to §14 para. 2 TzBfG) What we need: Understanding legal, scientific or economic relationships and issues related to the staff tasks mentioned Basic knowledge of internal audit and corruption prevention Basic knowledge of public law as well as grant, budget, award, contract, building and architect law expressive and communication skills, rapid understanding, organisational skills and team skills Completion for targeted, independent and result-oriented work, even under time pressure of advantage are first legal professional experiences successful completion of a safety check to “Ü 3” in accordance with the German Federal Safety Audit Act (SÜG) following a successful selection procedure

An adjustment is made in the pay group 13 TVöD Bund, as far as the personal requirements are met.
