Translating and complying with statutory requirements in accordance with the company's internal rules on transport, hazardous goods, customs, export and external economic law Organisation and handling of transport, transport of dangerous goods and special transport (including inspection of transport permits) via all modes of transport nationally and internationally Creation and handling of transport requests, cargo hold purchase/transport assignments, transport orders Documentation accompanying goods (national/international) as required by delivery destination, export accompanying document (customer declarations/export) via format/ATLAS Management and archiving of the transit operations in accordance with internal and external directives, initial notice/EU declarations of shipments/ export certificates/suspension certificates

Complete vocational training, e.g. as a merchant/buyer for forwarding and logistics services or merchant/buyer in wholesale and foreign trade, branch int. Export and logistics or comparable qualification Multiannual, relevant professional experience, advanced knowledge in the national and international export, forwarding and/or logistics sector Secure IT application knowledge (MS-Office, ATLAS, format, ERP systems) Good English knowledge of word and writing Responsible, entrepreneurial thinking, independent and proactive working with a strong team and communication skills
