A unit that was built with a lot of heart blood – and waiting for a personality that continues it with just as much passion. After years of construction, our previous management goes to the well-deserved retirement and leaves behind a well-established collegial team of 18 employees from nurses and medical specialists. You take over not only one function, but one of the largest bronchoscopy units in Germany – a central area of pneumology with changing challenges, a broad diagnostic and therapeutic spectrum and genuine team culture.

Management of a team including service planning, holiday planning and training of trainees (ATA, MFA) as well as training participants Pneumology and coordination of examination rooms (branchoscopy, sonography) – you keep an overview and keep the area running Active cooperation in the functional area: You are hands-on, go to the rooms, support high work, new introductions of investigative methods and devices Ensuring an empathic, patient-oriented accompaniment of stationary and outpatient patients – from elective diagnostics (including anaesthetic) to emergency care co-design and further development of supply and therapy concepts; Participation in care forums and interprofessional and interdisciplinary networks Individual promotion and professional development of your employees – leadership that really carries

Completed training as a nurse/care specialist or Health and nursing staff Experience in the endoscopic or pneumological environment – or the willingness to work on Continuing training ''Pflege in Endoscopy (DKG)'' or line training are a plus, but no need – your will for development is crucial Communication strength, empathy and an appreciation of leadership towards employees and patients Organizational talent, overview also in working phases and the ability to set priorities and make decisions Joy in teamwork, interprofessional cooperation and in developing an area together
