Team Leader Civil Engineering Fiber Optic / Telecommunications (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, HAPEKO, the personnel consulting for specialists and executives, is looking for a team leader in civil engineering.

Our client is a medium-sized company with several branches in Germany. The range of services includes services and future-oriented solutions for networks, communication technology, energy supply and civil engineering. Construction and assembly services in the areas of glass fiber, copper and energy technology are implemented in the project everyday. The focus is on safe, high-quality and timely execution at the construction site. For a clean performance detection and a successful billing, it is closely associated with internal and external departments and competent bodies.

If you take operational responsibility, effectively control teams and want to lead construction sites to success, this role as team leader Telecommunications is your next task

Operational management and deployment planning of employees, subcontractors, materials and equipment in the telecommunications environment Organisation and control of construction and assembly work in the fields of civil engineering, glass fiber, copper and energy technology Quality, performance and safety control on construction sites including documentation and implementation of safety requirements Ensuring complete performance detection, preparation of billing and maintenance of performance levels Coordination of cooperation with internal and external departments, contracting entities, authorities and competent bodies for the timely implementation

Complete studies in the field of civil engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering or communications technology or master and master engineering Technical completion with multi-year professional experience Practical experience in telecommunication, supply or infrastructure, ideally in construction- or assembly-related roles Basic knowledge of several structures such as civil engineering, glass fiber and copper technology, cable or injection methods as well as energy supply of TK systems Leadership with clear communication skills, enforcement strength and cooperative handling of teams and partners Driving licence class B as well as structured, reliable operation with regard to safety, quality and dates
