As Projektmanager (m/w/d) With the collection, maintenance and evaluation of technical inventory data, you take a key role in the strategic development of our real estate stock. With your technical know-how, a well-trained view of the object and your affinity for digital systems, you can support our management with well-founded handling recommendations. Collection, maintenance and updating of technical and energetic object data in our innovative inventory management system. Documentation and evaluation of investment and modernisation measures. Creation of systematic analyses of the state of the building. Development of action packages and investment proposals.

Strategic support and action recommendations Development of technical and energy analyses for construction projects. Creating recommendations for management. Support for traffic control by component data analysis.

Qualification: You have a three-year vocational training supplemented by a degree as a state-tested technician or a master training in a structure around the property. Professional experience: You have multi-year experience in a similar task. Technical expertise: knowledge of components, materials, energy standards and legal frameworks. Data and software affinity: Secure handling of MS Office (excel) and ERP systems. Analytical way of thinking: Ability to prepare data, evaluate and prepare recommendations for action Structured operation: Careful and responsible implementation of data analysis and system maintenance

An unlimited contract of employment. Initial annual salary according to your qualification and professional experience between 45,000 euros and 52,000 euros. 30 days holiday per year and flexible working hours at a 39-hour week.
