Construction Mechanic Welding Technology (m/f/d)

You process the E-Hand method (No. 111) and select between hand and machine execution to restrict, unrestricted, as well as stump and/or Creating fillets. You can mechanize or automate the MAG process (No. 135) and make sure that the welds meet the requirements for restricted, unrestricted and blunt or respectively Knee seams correspond. You also mechanize or automate the filling wire method (No. 136) and make sure that the resulting stumps or Knee seams correspond to the required limitation or unrestricted categories. You take quality assurance by visually checking each weld and ensuring its quality.

You have a successfully completed training as a construction mechanic (m/w/d) – specialist in welding technology and brings several years of professional experience. You control the welding methods E‐Hand, MAG and filling wire both manually and mechanized/automated and finished stump and throat seams in a restricted and unrestricted version. You are sure to use welding instructions, WPS and welding table and are familiar with plant programming for plant drivers (m/w/d). You take care of the visual quality assurance of the welds. You have distinct organizational skills, work structured and think conceptually. You bring technical understanding, creativity, flexibility and self-initiative and self-employment. You are a team player (m/w/d), who has the pleasure of working together and takes responsibility.
