Your role in us You control the entire operational area of traffic control You lead project managers, construction managers and teams You ensure that processes work and are adhered to You keep an overview of projects, utilisation and results You work closely with the management You're not in charge of everything yourself – you're in charge of running. Multiannual leadership experience in construction / civil engineering / traffic safety Experience as project manager or manager Business thinking and overview Ability to build structures and guide teams Enforcement and clear communication Traffic control is a plus – leadership is crucial.
