Support and further development of our compensation systems and additional services Technical project management for various Compensation & Benefits projects, cooperation in projects Control and coordination of compensation processes, e.g. bonus and salary rounds Coordination of compensation analyses and derivation of corresponding recommendations for action Interpretation of IVV requirements and implementation of corresponding remuneration guidelines Implementation of Compensation & Benefits Analyses and derivation of recommendations for executives - including the creation of resolution templates Cooperation with various interfaces in the company

Successfully completed economic studies, preferably with a focus on staff At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of personnel, in particular in the field of Compensation & Benefits Ideally experience in the financial services industry with regard to the regulatory requirements of the IVV Very good conceptual and analytical skills Business thinking and acting Embossed communication and presentation skills Persuasive power and situation-appropriate enforcement High degree of self-responsibility and solution orientation Funded MS Office knowledge, especially Excel and PowerPoint Very good German and English skills, French knowledge desirable
