Conceptual responsibility for defined strategic topics Analysis and structured assessment of organisational, governance and governance models as well as development of professionally sound action options Advising executives and departments in the design and development of organisational and governance-related solutions structuring complex issues and translating strategic objectives into resilient concepts as well as in qualified management and decision templates Conception and moderation of workshops, voting formats and committee meetings Interdisciplinary projects and transformation initiatives with responsibility for defined work packages Monitoring relevant regulatory, organisational and methodological developments and deriving appropriate action options

Successfully completed studies (or equivalent qualification), preferably in economic, administrative, political or legal sciences Insufficient professional practice with demonstrable experience in strategic corporate governance, organisation advice or governance management, as well as sound knowledge in organisational, governance and/or strategy models Methodology competence with know-how in controlling and implementing organisational measures and projects Pleasure to independently analyze and structure complex facts and to translate them into sustainable concepts Sovereign occurrence in stakeholder management in hierarchical and cross-disciplinary contexts Structured, independent and result-oriented working methods as well as communication and consulting skills, also in English
