Your tasks: You are responsible for the maintenance, development and documentation of quality assurance processes for our e-learning content. You carry out quality checks and release reviews and ensure compliance with defined standards. You ensure the quality and consistency of articulate storyline templates, continuously develop existing templates and design new templates according to defined quality and design standards. You advise and support Instructional Designer as well as expert:in all quality-relevant issues. You analyze quality indicators, expenses and other relevant data, identify potential for improvement and guide optimization measures. Your profile: Completed studies or comparable training related to quality management, learning & development, adult education, media production or process management. You master Articulate Storyline at an advanced level and use its functions securely and efficiently to develop and quality assurance of demanding e-learning solutions. You have a well-founded knowledge of quality management, quality assurance and the definition, implementation and further development of standards and processes. Very good understanding of e-learning methodology, didactics and learning-oriented content design. You have analytical skills to evaluate key figures and guide targeted improvement measures. You work safely with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for analysis, documentation and evaluation of quality data. Knowledge in healthcare, hospital information systems (e.g. ORBIS) or in the environment of software training are advantageous. Embossed quality awareness as well as a high level of accuracy and consistency. Communication strength as well as the ability to give constructive feedback and convincingly represent quality topics. High level of initiative and sense of responsibility.
