Grain Buyers (m/f/d)

Your shopping talent: You take the purchase of cereals in close coordination with the Head of Purchasing West and the overall responsible for the purchase of raw materials – including support in procurement logistics. Your presence: You are looking forward to direct contact with farmers, producer cooperatives, land traders, raniffeisen and other partners through regular visits. Your network: You actively participate in field days and events of our partners and strengthen our relationships in the industry. Your know-how: You advise farms around cultivation and bring your expertise in a targeted way. Your overview: You keep the agreed quantities of supplies in mind and ensure their compliance. Your quality vision: You monitor the delivered qualities, discuss possible deductions and ensure transparency. Your documentation: You will create supplier documentation and develop new evaluations and documentation formats in the area of purchasing. Your vision: You support the processing of national markets, such as US or Scandinavia, in cooperation with the Head of Purchasing.

Your expertise: You bring a broad agri-technical background – ideally complemented by experience in the mill industry. Your network: You have a strong sense of the German grain market and know how to successfully connect with the relevant partners. Your responsibility: You actively take responsibility for the continuous expansion of our direct collection and shape this area with a long-term and commitment.
