As a specialist*in technology in the construction and real estate department, you are responsible for maintenance, construction and repair measures at house-technical facilities in the properties of the Studierendenwerk Thüringen – across locations in total Thuringia. This includes in particular: Planning and organization You plan, coordinate and monitor the necessary tests, maintenance and repairs on technical installations of our buildings. Technical building management You determine requirements, develop tasks and performance descriptions and create loadable cost estimates for construction and repair measures in the field of building technology. You take stock assessments and derive the necessary measures at the technical facilities - combined with driving activities at the locations of the Studierendenwerk Thüringen. Accompanying the implementation You are responsible for the implementation of the measures – from tendering and commissioning to execution to acceptance and auditing
