In our region of East, we are looking for one of our locations in Sarstedt, Gehrden, Burgwedel or Nienburg at the closest possible time for one of our locations. A task that challenges As the head of the Department of Measurement and Counting, you are responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of your measuring record supervisor assigned to you. You are also responsible for the organization and research of the measuring system in the department. You are organizational and professionally responsible for all processes relating to the measuring and countering of the department (especially SLP converter &RLM measurements, from low to high voltage). You are involved in external business (e.g. FRE sales, brush measurements etc.). You take care of the organization, coordination and support as well as the implementation of new topics (e.g. soft & IT implementations etc.) You make sure that a bidirectional exchange & knowledge transfer takes place between ESG, specialist departments and the measuring record supervisors. With enthusiasm and commitment, you lead a motivated team and empower your employees to perform their tasks optimally. You analyze processes and are intrinsically motivated to implement continuous improvements. You take special tasks that can be defined in time in coordination with your leadership.

You have successfully completed a technical degree (Diplom, Bachelor/Master) or a master/technical technician in the field of electrical engineering in combination with a commercial degree. You bring proven professional experience in energy and network technology or process and quality management. You have a profound know-how about technical regulations/laws in the field of electrical measuring and counting technology.
