To strengthen our team, we are looking for more than 1 May 2025 at one of our locations across Germany Trainees – Microsoft Azure (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d). You're an IT-affin and want to make your hobby a profession? Are you interested in technology, are you interested in consulting customers in the Microsoft context and implementing solutions technically? Then start with our six-month trainee program to help shape the world of IT.

In the first phase of the program, you expand your skills through intensive training and hand-on workshops in the fields of methodological knowledge, IT project management, target group-oriented documentation, databases, network and soft skills. After that, the practical phase begins in which you can implement your learned skills in the form of a project. Further trainings and workshops in the area of Microsoft Azure with the focus of Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Stack HCI, Power BI, Security, Terraform, Azure AI as well as the certifications AZ900 and AZ104 complete your training. After completion of the trainee program, you are part of our team as System Engineer (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), which jointly ensures customer operation. You support our customers in the analysis, conception and implementation of Microsoft-Azure projects, as well as initial scalable and automated solutions offered to our customers in the Azure Marketplace. In addition, you unravel hybrid system architectures and make sure that they are performant, fail-safe, user-friendly and scalable, especially on Microsoft Azure.

Your professional background – Through your completed IT-oriented training – e.g. specialist informatics (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) for system integration or application development, IT system electronics – or a comparable study – e.g. computer science, business informatics, software engineering – you already have a basic understanding of IT. A cross entrance is also possible with appropriate expertise. Technical requirements – You have technical understanding, interest in new tasks and preferably already knowledge in one of the following areas: Microsoft Identity Management (ADDS or Entra ID), Virtualization & Infrastructure Services, Storage & Business Continuity Solutions. Professional enthusiasm and the desire to develop yourself – you have fun dealing with IT systems and want to further train yourself in the Microsoft Azure area. Own Responsibility and Open Mindset – Your leave and you are happy to work independently on projects, because with us you receive the free spaces you need for effective work. Analytical and targeted thinking – You recognize problems and address difficult situations. You do not hesitate to consider innovative solutions. In the virtual call as well as in personal appointments, you awaken enthusiasm – Your open-minded and communicative way gives you enthusiasm for customers and colleagues and speaks German (Level C1 or higher) and English (Level B1 or higher). Readiness to travel within Germany – We are a partner to our customers. Our communication is honest and our ways in person, because we have a long-term, trust-based cooperation. Especially in the first months of the trainee program you regularly travel for training at different locations throughout Germany.
