As Product Owner Developer Workplace (m/w/d) at Union Investment, you are shaping the future of our developer world: You shape the central developer toolchain and enable efficient software development. You develop seamless developer journeys and provide training concepts to help our developers get started quickly and effectively. You define the product targets and roadmap, while a first-class developer experience is always in your focus You collect, prioritise and describe requirements from different disciplines and customer feedback. You'll create the Product Backlog, prioritize User Stories and provide a clear and understandable description of the requirements. In addition, you will take care of the design of the developer journeys, where processes and tools from technical setup, requirements management and code resilience seamlessly interlock, so that developers can work quickly and efficiently and control implementation in agile developer teams You run Developer Onboardings on the platform and are the first contact person for technical questions about the developer workplace The acquisition of the application responsibility for the developer software with a focus on stability and continuous development completes your task area.

Completed studies (informatics, business informatics) or comparable qualification Basic understanding of cross-platform software management, including registration processes, compliance policies, configuration profiles and remote management Experience in technical project management in the IT environment Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, as well as interest in new technologies and methods Communication strength, moderation and presentation experience Very good knowledge of German and English A working method characterized by partnership, appreciation and enthusiasm and team spirit We also welcome diverse educational backgrounds and work experiences.
