Your mission: secure quality, set standards, shape the future

As an employee in quality assurance (m/w/d), you are the focal point for stable processes, safe products and sustainable customer satisfaction. They work interdisciplinary – with laboratory, production, technology and management.

🛠️ Your main tasks at a glance:

• Development, maintenance and continuous development of test plans – based on technical drawings, chemical parameters and customer requirements
• Executing first sample tests, special tests and serial checks – documented, comprehensible and normative
• Statistical process control (SPC), trend analysis and deviation management – with the aim of acting preventively instead of reactively
• Responsibility for test equipment monitoring: calibration intervals, measurement equipment qualification, traceability according to DIN EN ISO 9001
• Reclamation management after 8D logic – incl. Customer communication, cause analysis and sustainable avoidance of errors
• Internal audits, supplier audits and customer audits – including audit documentation and tracking
• Strengthening Quality Consciousness: Training of Standards, Test Procedures and Process Discipline
• Working in cross-departmental improvement projects to optimize production processes and material flows

‡ Completed technical training, ideally with chemical background or further training to the technician (m/w/d) ‡ Experience in industrial quality assurance or chemical environment (e.g. laboratory, production, raw material testing) ⭐: 5S, 8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, PDCA ⭐: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 *Audit Experience (internal/external) and safe handling of documentation ‡ Safe handling of SAP, CAQ tools & MS Office ‡ Analytical thinking, accuracy and team skills ‡ readiness to carry out temporary missions** (e.g. to suppliers or test laboratories)
