First responsibility: As part of the Trainee programme, you will be able to get your first answer in the field of fleets and create a suitable and value-adding operating climate based on our Elis values. Tour planning and optimization: You are responsible for planning and optimising the daily tours to ensure a reasonable and efficient delivery. Tours and practical experiences: As part of the program, you will accompany drivers (m/w/d) on their tours in the Sprinter or truck to get a direct insight into the operational work, and gradually take on your own tours. Legal requirements: You monitor compliance with statutory working hours and ensure the correct recording of working hours for the entire driver team. Training and development: You receive regular training and training to prepare yourself for your role as a future manager. Interface management and cooperation: You work closely with the customer service, production and technology departments to ensure a frictionless service for our customers.

Qualification: You have a completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics or Business Administration / BWL or (m/w/d).
