(Senior) SAP HCM Inhouse Berater Job (g.n.)

Within the organization, you act as a central contact person for the personnel department and are responsible for the topics SAP PA/PY, SAP PT and SAP OM. You also work closely with the HR partners of the various subsidiaries. You ensure the smooth operation of SAP HCM solutions and continuously develop them. To do this, you will take care of the design and implementation of tariff, legal and operational requirements within the pay billing and time management. You have well-founded expertise in the context of schemes, rules, cycles and operations and functions. You recognize and understand the internal customer requirements and advise on the technical feasibility. The customizing and the associated documentation of functional extensions are carried out independently. You bring your expertise into diverse HR migration and transformation projects.

Successfully completed studies in the field of (economic) informatics, business management or comparable training in the IT sector. Multiannual professional experience in comparable tasks in the SAP HCM environment as an in-house consultant or consultant. Very good process knowledge of HCM processes and ideally first experience in the field of SAP H4S4 incl. Customizing. Excellent knowledge of the PA, PY, PT, OM modules, reporting and knowledge of personnel cost planning and basic knowledge of SAP ABAP development. Pragmatic mode of operation, pronounced organisational and communication strength, self-employment, solution orientation and knowledge of German and good English (min. C1 level).
