Dresden Your design area • Professional and disciplinary leadership of the integration team and control of all activities related to testing, characterization and quality assurance of memristor and transistor-based devices • Construction, implementation and further development of electrical characterization routines, including definition of suitable KPIs, measurement programs and evaluation and derivation of technological decision bases • Active cooperation and network management with Foundries, universities, research institutions and external experts:in order to coordinate integration strategies, process routes and technology roadmaps
